Reservations and payment details

You must carefully read the general, fishing and fish care rules before proceeding! By requesting a reservation, you fully agree with those rules
The booking procedure: the client will contact the lake administration (the booking agent for Romanian, Bulgarian and Polish* anglers) and determines together the periods/positions. Once the periods/positions have been chosen, the client has 15 days to pay the deposit (or in full) using the methods below
Payment (in full or deposit) is to be made directly in the company’s bank account or via Western Union to the administrator of the lake
Once the payment has been registered and confirmed by the beneficiary, the reservation is secured and the customer is its rightful owner
The reservation is nominal and non-transferable except special situations, which must be agreed by the client and lake management or reservation agent
The person making the reservation must provide the booking agent with the nominal list of all persons in the group and is responsible for the whole group
Attention – any refund (deposit or paid in full) option is excluded
The customer has the right to a single rescheduling (for serious and provable personal reasons) during one season. In case of a rescheduling, the client will choose the period and the position from what is free at the time of the rescheduling. If the client does not show up for rescheduling, for whatever reason, the money paid (in full or deposit) is lost
The client requesting a rescheduling must inform the lake management or reservations agent at least 3 weeks before the first day of the session. If too late, rescheduling is not possible
Reservations cannot be postponed for another fishing season
If Bosnia’s borders are not open, reservations shall be rescheduled without any other conditions
If Bosnia’s borders are opened, any reason for not showing up becomes personal and is subject to points 7 or 8

*Romanian, Bulgarian and Polish anglers have exclusive booking agents and they can only make reservations through them.
